Terms of service
Effective 2026-10-30.
By signing in to Serpherd you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy.
The service
Serpherd lets AI clients you connect work with Google Search Console data of the Google accounts you link, keeps a daily history of it and sends alerts. It needs a Google account with access to Search Console.
Your account
- Connect only Google accounts and properties you are authorized to use.
- Keep your API keys secret; you are responsible for requests made with your keys and by the AI clients you authorize.
- Follow the terms of the services involved, including the Google APIs Terms of Service, Cloudflare and Telegram.
Changes made for you
If you turn on write access, your agent can add and remove Search Console properties and sitemaps, verify domains and create DNS records in your Cloudflare zones. These happen only when your agent calls the corresponding tool; review its plan (dry run) before larger changes.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse the service: no attempts to access other users' data, to get around rate limits or quotas, to disrupt the service, or to resell access to it.
Availability and changes
The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties. Google's quotas and API changes affect what it can do. Features and limits may change.
Fees
The service is currently provided without charge. If paid plans are introduced, they apply to you only after you choose one.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost traffic, revenue or data, or for actions your AI client takes through the service.
Ending
You can delete your account at any time on the dashboard. Accounts that break these terms may be suspended or deleted.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. Using the service after a change means you accept it.
